Vote Early
Voting early is easy! Vote early either by mail or in person at the Board of Elections and secure your vote before Election Day.
As of 2007, Ohio law has changed and you no longer are required to provide justification to vote early. Now, all individuals that request to vote early are automatically approved.

The Board of Elections will begin to mail out ballots on Friday, September 25th, 2009. If you request to vote by mail and later decide to vote in person on Election Day, you will be required to vote using a provisional ballot.
Vote In Person:
Starting September 25th 2009, until Election Day November 3rd, 2009, any qualified voter may vote early in person at the Board of Elections. For times and schedules of when early voting will be open visit www.votehamiltoncounty.org.
